Description

Robert Half is seeking an accounting manager to join growing Cincinnati location. As the accounting manager, you will partner with the operations team and provide financial expertise and guidance to the plant management. Strong knowledge of costing and inventory. Prior experience in a manufacturing plant accounting/finance role required(5 years+), along with a bachelor's degree in a related field, accounting, finance or business. Requirements • Position requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is preferred.

• Knowledge and experience in using BlackLine and Concur software.

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial.

• Ability to handle various accounting functions efficiently.

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Background in auditing and billing functions.

• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.

• Familiarity with Acumatica software is preferred.

• Experience in month-end close and bank reconciliations.

• Proficiency in adjusting journal entries, journal entries, journal entry preparation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
