Description

Robert Half has partnered with a real estate development company in Denver in search of an Accounting Manager! The Accounting Manager position is paying $100,000-$135,000!

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:

Accounting - accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, payroll process, financial statement preparation

Leasing – partially with accounting like invoicing and rec. payments, tracking leases. Setting up new leases, terminating leases, managing current leases

Asset Management – working with property managers, cost segregations, cost segregation, property taxes – reviewing if they need to be contested

Property Management side – CAM allocations, billing maintenance accounts

Debt and construction finance – providing info for loan transactions for permanent financing, managing those loans….

Construction finance – managing construction draws, budget tracking, budget analysis

Requirements for the Accounting Manager include:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

5+ years of accounting experience

Real estate property accounting experience

Construction WIP schedules experience
