　　WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER

　　The Accounting Manager plays a critical role in our newly implementedJournal Entry Shared Services Team which is a key component of theAccounting Center of Excellence (\"ACE\"). The establishment of theShared Services is to support the advancement of TNCs goals: sharpeningour focus, strengthening our culture, and driving operationalexcellence. This role will have the opportunity to support organizationwide operational excellence through optimization of people, processes,systems, and compliance via performing and delivering core financeservices/workstreams in accounting. ACE sits within the central FinanceBusiness Unit (BU), which will allow for more standardized processes,creation of more efficiencies and synergy across the core financeservices/workstreams.Specifically, the Accounting Manager will drive andexecute results in the new Shared Services Team of ACE, includingoverseeing the finance and/or accounting activities of a team of JournalEntry Senior Accountant(s). The role will partner with ACE leadershipand liaise with BU finance leaders to provide guidance and financesupport for journal entries.Position location is flexible within theUnited States.The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing theactivities and personnel within the Accounting department, concentrationon the Journal Entry Shared Service Team. Generally responsible for themanagement, maintenance and reporting of financial data and/or themonitoring of management controls and processes to ensure compliancewith TNC policies and procedures, relevant legal and regulatoryframeworks, and financial/management best practice.RESPONSIBILITIES &SCOPE Manages functional activity towards program\'s strategic goals.Works toward meeting the strategic priorities of the program bydeveloping and coordinating tactics for approved plans, completingand/or overseeing day-to-day tasks. Implements and manages newinitiatives. Manages and implements multiple projects. Ensures theprogrammatic work is collaborative and well-integrated acrossorganization. Works within a budget, negotiating and contracting withvendors. May supervise one or more administrative or professional staff.Ensures programmatic commitments, TNC policies and procedures, financialst ndards and legal requirements are met and managed for compliance.Reinforces consistency in the organization\'s policies and proceduresand provides support related to relevant field. May manage orparticipate in complex negotiations. Reports to leadership onactivities.
