About Accounting Manager

  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 1st Shift Work model:Hybrid Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. TheSchneider organization is seeking a high energy, creative andexperienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function whichincludes directing the month end close process, preparation of internalreporting and financial statements, leading the fixed asset accountingfunction, and have the technical skills necessary to improve the overallefficiency and accuracy of the accounting function. About the role:Review and adjust, as necessary, month end revenue accruals and reservesResearch and understand relevant accounting issues and position the needfor consistent values from one source of data Perform analysis ofrevenue and procurement and related statistics to alert the company toany issues as well as ensure accuracy, consistency, and completenessMaintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignmentwith our core values. Four to six years of practical experience, public accountingand/or internal audit experience a plus Strong leadership withperformance management experience, analytical ability and interpersonalskills Ability to independently conceptualize, develop, and executeprocess improvements Strong ability to influence, negotiate andcollaborate with any level of associate Consistent attendance whileexhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.
