　　Hybrid schedule - 1 day a week in-office

　　Summary

　　Manage the invoicing process including project invoices and tracking/receiving payments

　　Process payroll

　　Process expense reimbursements

　　Manage all accounts payable

　　Track company profitability

　　Correspondence with clients regarding contracts, invoices, and payments

　　Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

　　Financial budgeting and forecasting

　　Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

　　Work with an outside accounting firm on state and federal tax returns

　　Qualifications

　　Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

　　5+ years' of related accounting experience, preferably in a small business setting

　　Advanced Excel skills

　　Experience with ADP and/or QuickBooks preferred
