Description

　　Robert Half is recruiting a strong manufacturing Accounting Manager / Consultant with full cycle accounting experience for a three to four months + engagement. The consultant will assist with the 5 day month-end close process, review and approve AP, AR and payroll journal entries, reconcile all balance sheet accounts. In addition, the consultant may assist with audit schedules in preparation of the external audit. This role will be located onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Are you interested and have the skillset ? 　　Technical Skills:

　　Full cycle accounting experience (AR, AP, Payroll, GL)

　　Advanced Excel data analysis

　　Accruals, allocations, reconciliations

　　Support year end audit

　　Supervise a team of 8 staff members

　　-Netsuite ( not required)

　　Soft Skills:

　　Ability to understand business processes quickly

　　Highly organized and takes initiative

　　Communicates effectively with various levels within the organization

　　Requirements - Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

　　Proven technical skills

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

　　Strong problem-solving skills

　　Proficiency in Month-end Journal Entries

　　Solid understanding of month end closings

　　Monthly Accruals experience

　　Foundational knowledge in Monthly Account Reconciliation

　　Well-founded grasp of Balance Sheet Reviews

　　Month-end Close Activities experience required

　　Proven knowledge of Balance Sheet Reconciliation

　　Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

　　Customer service oriented communication skills

　　Recent relevant financial experience
