Accounting Manager

　　Job Description:

　　Manage controller’s checklist to ensure all entries are posted to the general ledger for the close period.

　　Run and prepare profit recognition for Work in Process schedules for multiple sites.

　　Prepare mid-year forecasts and annual budget.

　　Participate in audits.

　　Review ledger entries and reconciliations on the month end close.

　　Oversee the work of other accountants.

　　Maintain all departmental schedules.

　　Ad hoc reporting as required.

　　Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

　　Prior knowledge and ability to manage the close from an Accounting Manager or Controller standpoint.

　　Thorough Financial Reporting experience.

　　AIA Billing Experience.

　　Experience working in labor services, architecture, construction, or similar.
