Accounting Manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:month and end-year processaccounts payable/receivablecash receiptsgeneral ledgercheck runsfixed asset activitycapital assets reconciliationsestablish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principlesCash forecastingRevenue and expenditure variance analysisMonitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statementsCoordinate and complete annual auditsProvide recommendationsImprove systems and procedures and initiate corrective actionsAssign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracyMeet financial accounting objectivesEstablish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactionsQuarterly POC for Internal Audit supportRequirements8 years of working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance ManagerBS degree in Accounting or FinanceAdvanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting softwareProven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulationsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to direct and supervise
