　　What Will You Do?

　　Participate in the monthly financial closing process.

　　Employee expense reports compliance audits.

　　Purchases made without a PO compliance audits.

　　Assist with monthly Fixed Asset maintenance.

　　Perform monthly account reconciliations for assigned accounts.

　　Preparation of monthly journal entries.

　　Prepare sales tax returns under the guidance of the Sr. Accountant.

　　Assist with obtaining Sales Tax Exemption Certificates from customers.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Skills

　　Education

　　Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s from an accredited college or university studying Accounting, Finance or Business Related field. Completion of one or more semesters of related coursework.

　　Qualifications

　　Requires close attention to detail and requires strong organizational skills.

　　Must have strong verbal and written communications skills.

　　Strong technical aptitude, particularly in the development of Excel spreadsheets.

　　Ability to use internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively.

　　Strong analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

　　Good work ethic and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

　　Compensation Range: $18.00 - $22.00 / per hour
