JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities Perform daily inventory standardcosting activities for US SAP Gearing Industrial Components and EnergyDivisions\' plants and assist with standard costing and margin analysisactivities Perform standard operational reporting for multiple plants,supporting daily management of the business, proactive management ofcosts and working capital, and to drive sustainable improvement Assistwith continuous improvement initiatives in order to standardizeprocesses and maximize the value of our SAP ERP system across the sectorProvide ad hoc analyses to support Operations Finance Help maintain aneffective controls environment Maintain, review, and verify the accuracyof journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to variousrecords to support the close process Perform individual G/L accountreconciliations and propose correcting entries as needed Assist withother ad hoc accounting projects Experience and Skill RequiredJunior/Senior at an accredited university with studies in AccountingProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and particularly strongExcel skills Leadership Competencies Action Oriented - Taking on newopportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy,and enthusiasm.
