　　Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure a well-coordinated, safe, on time delivery of various projects meeting all requirements of the contract documents.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

- - Review and understand all project documents, including but not limited to Drawings, specifications, amendments, submittals, schedule, RFI's and scope of work. - Coordinate and inspect sub-contractor work to ensure compliance with contract documents including Submittals, quality control, and safety requirements. - Identify and communicate all problems and areas of concern to Project Manager. - Document daily on-site activities and progress including manpower, work performed, inspections, deliveries, delays, weather conditions, etc. with narrative and photos. - Coordinate and hold regular meetings with subcontractors to ensure project is on-schedule. - Identify and communicate site safety concerns, conditions, and problems. - Maintain and prepare various daily, weekly, and monthly reports. - Implement and enforce accident prevention plans. - Implement and maintain the project quality control plan including the 3 phases of control. - Perform daily quality control inspections and reporting. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, project manager and assistant project manager. - Assist project manager with schedule development, updates, progress reports, and look ahead reports. - Prepare punch lists. - Maintain SDS (MSDS) list of hazardous materials on site. - Occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of your job.
