Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering dataUpdate payroll records by entering changes in pay rates, overtime, compliance, and piece ratesPrepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wagesWeekly invoicing to customers for payrollWeekly AR Statement review and following up with customersAssists with Accounts Payable and Human ResourcesPay rate: $21 - $26 / HRSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMTemp-to-HireBenefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay)Paid weeklyQualifications forAccounting HR Assistant:
Bilingual English/Spanish, written and verbal - (Required)Skilled in 10-Key1-2 years of AG Payroll preferredFamous, PET Tiger, and Data Track Software experience preferred.Experience with MS Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)Analyzing information, data entry, attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness, and general math skillsDetailed oriented, organized, adaptable, time management.
