　　Our client, a company at the forefront of the luxury goods industry, is seeking a strategic financial partner in their US operation. By joining this team as the Accounting & Finance Manager, you will lead month-end operations, overseeing everything from financial reporting & tax compliance to budgeting & forecasting. This important role will be pivotal in shaping policies & procedures as well as driving strategic decisions, in direct collaboration with the CFO. A key task as the Accounting & Finance Manager will be keeping a keen eye on cash flow, ensuring financial stability while unleashing potential for growth. Additionally, the position will implement and oversee internal controls at various levels, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency across the US operation.
