　　Teleion is looking for a Accounting Consultant to join our team! Successful candidates will have experience in both Accounting and Project Management and can become a bridge across our diverse group of stakeholders.

　　We are currently only looking at applicants who are physically able travel onsite in Seattle if needed.

　　Responsibility:

　　You will be working in a team of Teleion consultants with accounting and project management background. You will hit the ground running and be the SME within the Accounting Automation and Technology team.

　　Projects ranging from Accounting operations, General Ledger (GL) Cleanup, ASC 842 (Lease Accounting) and Internal Control Remediation.

　　Strengthen existing client relationships by providing outstanding client service

　　Communicate with business owners, executive management, investors, lenders and other sophisticated parties to ensure delivery of exceptional client service

　　Financial Process Redesign and Implementation.

　　Our finance and accounting consultants combine their functional finance expertise and project management capabilities with their other broad skills and experiences in accounting, process reengineering, compliance, and systems to help clients drive business change

　　Perform technical research and ensure proper GAAP accounting treatment is performed for all transactions.

　　Drive projects, provide accounting guidance and often serve as first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues.

　　Work with cross-functional teams to perform gap analysis of current and future state, develop business requirements and assist in the solution design to enable work streams that comply with newly issued accounting pronouncements

　　Other additional tasks may be required.

　　Qualification & Experience:

　　BA in Finance, Accounting or relevant degree.

　　5 years work experience in the Accounting or Finance space.

　　CPA certification a must

　　Fundamental Project Management knowledge

　　Proactive and take initiative.

　　Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.

　　Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills.

　　Understands customer service
