Description

　　Robert Half is looking for a skilled candidate to join a team as an Accounting Clerk. In this position as an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, data entry and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). This is a long-term contract / temporary employment based in the Sherwood, Oregon area.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Help Accounts Payable: A/P invoice matching & filing, vendor invoices and disbursement filing

　　Classify documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of accounting codes and expenditure codes

　　Assist with payroll data entry

　　-Misc. tasks as assigned

　　Requirements

　　Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

　　Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

　　Experience with Expense Reconciliation

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired

　　Administrative experience
