Description We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves managing daily accounting tasks in a senior living community context. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling accounts payable, payroll, HR, accounts receivable, and benefits administration among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational accounting tasks.

• Handle accounts payable and ensure all invoices are processed accurately and on time.

• Oversee payroll functions, ensuring all payments are made timely and accurately.

• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and journal entries.

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.

• Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records.

• Use QuickBooks and other software to perform data entry and manage financial records.

• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain data and financial reports.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
