Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. This role presents an opportunity to gain valuable experience in accounting and contribute to our continued success. As an Accounting Clerk at, you will support our accounting department in various administrative and clerical tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Processing invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and timely.

Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions.

Recording financial transactions in accounting software and spreadsheets.

Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Generating financial reports and assisting with audits as needed.

Providing general administrative support to the finance team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
