Description

　　Our client is looking for a contract to hire Accounting Specialist to work with their Accounting team and log all entries in QuickBooks Enterprise. This role will be 100% onsite and the hours are 7am - 4pm.

　　High volume data entry in Quickbooks

　　AP, AR entries

　　Credit card entry and credit card reconciliations

　　Working with the team pay invoices

　　Reconciliations of AP and AR

　　GL entries

　　High Volume data entry

　　Requirements

　　If you have the following experience, please apply today!

　　Strong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　QuickBooks Enterprise

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience

　　Credit card accounting experience preferred

　　Experience with Credit Card Payments

　　Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

　　Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
