Description

　　Robert Half is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join a fast-growing company. The Accounting Assistant will support the accounting and finance departments by performing bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Responsibilities include reconciling bank records, drafting financial documents, invoicing customers, and collecting payments. Do you have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy? 　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Perform administrative duties as necessary

　　Engage with clients as necessary via email and phone

　　Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses

　　Own the bookkeeping processes of the company

　　Own daily accounting duties such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, payroll tax filings, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank account

　　Work with incoming and outgoing funds to reconcile financial books

　　Assist Accounting team in the creation and editing of financial documents

　　Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study preferred

　　Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as high attention to detail

　　Must be highly skilled in time management and have verbal and written communication skills

　　Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet application highly desired

　　Bookkeeping experience desired
