Description We are in search of an Accounting Assistant to join our team located in SOUTH WINDSOR, Connecticut. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and processing various accounting functions, using different accounting software systems. This position provides a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and process financial data

• Handle ADP - Financial Services operations to ensure seamless financial transactions

• Use CaseWare for efficient financial reporting and auditing

• Manage expenses using Concur to ensure accurate and timely expense reporting

• Oversee ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to enhance business processes

• Execute various accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely and accurate payment processing

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure all payments are received and recorded accurately

• Conduct auditing to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with regulations

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial statements are accurate and up-to-date. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for this role.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Familiarity with CaseWare software is a must.

• Knowledge of Concur software is vital.

• Understanding and experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively is crucial.

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed.

• Auditing skills are a crucial part of this role.

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations effectively is required.
