Description

　　Robert Half is looking for a PART TIME Accounting Assistant to join a dynamic company. The Part Time Accounting Assistant will support the accounting and finance departments by performing bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Responsibilities include reconciling bank records, drafting financial documents, invoicing customers, and collecting payments. Do you have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy? 　　Key responsibilities

　　Work with incoming and outgoing funds to reconcile financial books

　　Assist Accounting team in the creation and editing of financial documents

　　Own the bookkeeping processes of the company

　　Perform day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, payroll tax filings, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank account

　　Communicate with clients via phone and email as necessary

　　Analyze financial budgets and track expenses

　　Support administrative duties as necessary

　　Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study preferred

　　High attention to detail as well as problem-solving and critical thinking skills are a must

　　Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills

　　Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet and reporting applications

　　Prior bookkeeping experience preferred
