Description

　　Robert Half is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join a well-established, stable company in the Greenville area! The Accounting Assistant will support the accounting and finance departments by performing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks. If you have experience in both areas, this could be a great opportunity for you!

　　Major responsibilities:

　　Enter, code and process AP invoices

　　Resolve invoice discrepancies

　　Respond to vendors in a timely manner

　　Handle purchase orders

　　Reconcile vendor statements

　　Mange AP inbox

　　Process AR invoices.

　　Post cash weekly

　　Maintain the aging report

　　Work with customers to ensure they are billed out correctly - correct any issues, etc.

　　Work daily in the company's ERP system + Excel

　　The ideal candidate has experience in both AP and AR and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment at times

　　This position is full time hours, onsite.

　　This position is a 6 -8-month contract with strong potential for permanent hire.

　　Pay Range depending on experience: $21-26hr

　　Track expenses and evaluate financial budgets

　　Perform day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, payroll tax filings, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank account

　　Reconcile financial books by working with incoming and outgoing funds

　　Collaborate with the Accounting team by creating and editing financial documents

　　Requirements

　　Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and time management

　　Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as high attention to detail

　　-Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
