　　Responsibilities for an Accountant II with Phoebe Allentown:

　　Responsible for providing a variety of general accounting services for select facilities within the Phoebe system; coordinating work within the department as well as with other units and departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor, responding to inquiries and requests from staff personnel, etc.

　　Requirements for an Accountant II with Phoebe Allentown:

　　B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.

　　Three (3) to five (5) years of financial management or accounting experience; working knowledge of financial statement preparation procedures, individual account reconciliation; budget preparation; computerized financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. 

　　Experience with Medicaid & Medicare a plus as well as prior experience in the healthcare industry.
