　　Job Description:

　　Reviews cash receipts and disbursements. Determines cash available to fund daily operations while seeking opportunities to maximize return on investments in accord with client's risk profile. Determines availability of cash in general fund and revenue fund daily. Uses electronic banking software and reviews daily outgoing payments to determine daily cash position. Monitors general ledger for posting of cash transactions. Researches and resolves variances. Calculates and forecasts future cash position. Maintains compensating balances in DRPA's bank accounts used to fund operating expenses.Books entries and executes electronic fund transactions including E-ZPass incoming wire transfers, EZPass fees (incoming and outgoing), interbank wire transfers, investment funding transfers, interest payments, payments for worker's compensation, dependent care and flexible benefit accounts, vendor payments, client's payroll and bond debt service payments.Maintains schedules of all investments under money management, records and analyzes client's investment portfolio. Transfers excess cash to appropriate investments to maximize returns in line with acceptable risk. Monitors and reconciles activity of money managers. . Maintains regular contact and communication with investment advisors regarding transactions and investment reporting. Reports monthly, quarterly and annually as needed on investment returns.Provides documentation to internal and external auditors on general ledger fund balances, cash and investment activity.Oversees and administers the use of bank software by client's and PATCO and interacts with banks to resolve issues and adds and deletes users. Creates templates using banking software to initiate electronic transfers for client's employees using direct deposit, vendor payments and debt service obligations.About our Company: -
