As a General Accountant, you play a crucial role in turning jobs into careers, making travel more human, and contributing to our commitment to care for all.

　　General Duties:

　　Record and process financial transactions accurately in accordance with Hyatt's accounting policies and procedures.

　　Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices, expenses, and revenue entries.

　　Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making processes.

　　Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting.

　　Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights and support to the management team.

　　Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal controls.

　　Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

　　Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to share financial information and insights.

　　Qualifications:

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor degree in Business / Accounting / Finance / Project management or Hospitality preferred.

　　Must have very good computer skills especially in Excel and Outlook.

　　Project management experience preferred.

　　This position may be required to work weekends, holidays and a flexible schedule.

　　Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data

　　Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

　　Solid networking and interpersonal skills

　　Able to generate budgets and reports

　　Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately

　　Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads

　　Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
