　　Job Description:

　　We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of financial principles. The role involves various financial tasks, including preparing and analyzing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring the integrity of accounting information.

　　Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights into financial performance.

　　Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor budgetary performance and report any variances.

　　Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Stay informed about changes in financial regulations.

　　Month-End and Year-End Close: Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare necessary journal entries and reconciliations.

　　Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

　　Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information effectively to support decision-making.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

　　1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.

　　QuickBooks experience

　　Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

　　Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

　　Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
