　　Job Description

　　Follow up with the payment rejection process between HK team and GBS India team.

　　Work with GBS India team to verify new vendor name/expense claim nature in Chinese.

　　Prepare HK wire payment list and pass to GBS India team to initiate payment.

　　Follow up long outstanding invoices status with GBS India team.

　　Follow up with HK PM on "Invoice on hold" report and collect AR number.

　　Extract discovery report to sort out any open items under "clearing" method.

　　Ensure the completeness of the entries that GBS India team processed.

　　Follow up and obtain approval from senior management for certain reports.

　　Follow up approval on special invoices and send to Local F&A for booking.

　　Assist in resolving bank reconciliation issues.

　　Arrange new autopay set up via bank and HSBC net.

　　Assist in internal and external audits to provide required information.

　　Others assigned by Supervisor.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting.

　　At least 4 or 5 years’ accounting experience with MNC, Oracle system experience preferred.

　　High motivation, be able to take on the responsibility.

　　Good at Excel and other office software, good communication skills.

　　Be able to communicate in English, both verbal and written.

　　Experiences in Finance Share Service Center is preferred.

　　Quick leaner.
