Description Job Overview:

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with expertise in Deltek software to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in month-end procedures, reconciliations, and collaborating with the treasury department. The Accountant will be responsible for leveraging their Deltek proficiency to optimize financial operations and support the company's overall financial goals.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Deltek Software Management:

　　Utilize in-depth knowledge of Deltek software to streamline and enhance financial processes.

　　Configure and maintain Deltek modules to meet the organization's specific needs.

　　Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the seamless integration of Deltek with other systems.

　　Month-End Close:

　　Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

　　Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

　　Generate and analyze financial statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

　　Reconciliation:

　　Conduct thorough reconciliations of financial accounts, including bank statements, general ledger accounts, and intercompany accounts.

　　Investigate and resolve variances, ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

　　Treasury Collaboration:

　　Work closely with the treasury department to manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk.

　　Assist in cash management, including forecasting and optimizing cash positions.

　　Collaborate on various treasury-related initiatives, such as investments, debt management, and financial planning.

　　Compliance:

　　Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

　　Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations that may impact financial processes.

　　Qualifications:

　　Extensive experience working with Deltek software.

　　Proven experience in month-end close processes and reconciliations.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
