　　Yarde Metals is a world-class metals service center recognized as an Employer of Choice. We are looking for an Account Manager with metals and/or manufacturing sales experience to maintain and grow market share in the Cincinnati/Southwest Ohio region.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop an account retention and sales growth plan.Build strong, value-added business partnerships with customers.Identify customer requirements and present products, services, and programs to meet their needs.Secure contractual opportunities and increase sales through collaboration with product managers and inside sales associates.Regularly follow up and monitor customer satisfaction on the quality of products, services, and delivery performance.Prepare itineraries, call logs, expense reports and update customer account information.Assist the credit department with accounts receivable and collections activities.Consult with marketing on promotional initiatives.Represent the company in a positive and professional manner in all business and social settings.Continually develop sales skills and acquire knowledge on new products, services, equipment, industry intel, and business trends.Attend association meetings and trade show events to promote products and services through networking.Selectively entertain customers and administer budget proportionally based on account status, sales volume, profit, and overall sales potential.

　　Requirements:Must have 3-years metals or manufacturing sales experience.Highschool graduate. College degree preferred.Proven success in account management or inside sales.Experience directly related to the duties of the position.Strong command of the English language with effective platform and communication skills.Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.Professional presentation.Valid driver's license with clean MVR; must operate a company vehicle approximately 50% of the time and do so safely in various weather and traffic conditions.Available to work extended hours and weekends to entertain customers.
