  Das sind deine Aufgaben :

  Ausarbeitung einer strategischen Accountplanung über 1-3 Jahre, sowie die regelmäßige Durchführung von Accountreviews

  Ergebnis- und Quotenverantwortung für Oracle Systems Produkte (Engineered Systems als Cloud@Customer & OnPrem)

  Proaktive Erschließung neuer Kundenpotentiale

  Auf Basis der IT Strategie des Kunden, Positionierung der geeigneten Oracle Systems Produkte.

  Verantwortung für die Identifizierung von Projekten und Potenzialen, deren Umsetzung sowie die realistische und sichere Einschätzung

  Ausbau der bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen auf allen relevanten Ebenen inkl. CxO Level

  Enge und proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen Oracle LoBs

  Einbindung und Steuerung von Partnern zum Ausbau des Oracle Systems Footprints

  Langjährige Erfahrung im IT Vertrieb und im Vertragsabschluss von Cloud und Technologie Lösungen

  Reisebereitschaft

  Diese Ausbildung und berufliche Kenntnisse erwarten wir von dir:

  Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium bzw. vergleichbare berufliche Ausbildung

  Mindestens 4 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im lösungsorientierten IT Produktvertrieb

  Erfahrung im Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen

  Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

  Detailed Description and Job Requirements

  This position is responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.

  Works as part of an account team to identify, qualify and deliver Hardware products/ solutions. Responsible for the account plan to drive goal attainment in assigned territory. Coordinates with the other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies. Helps identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications. Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers. Drives company's strategy into assigned accounts. Follows all companies' methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit. Ensures that the company's sales programs are known and executed in assigned territory, including personal follow-up and engagement in selected opportunities. Achieves or exceeds the quarterly and annual sales goals. May travel frequently.

  Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.
