  Dentsply Sirona Account Manager

  Responsible for selling industry leading Implant and Consumable products and their workflows to help new and existing customers grow. This is a dynamic sales position with a need to collaborate with a territory team to achieve success for Dentsply Sirona and our customers.

  Key responsibilities:

  Selling

  Develop new business (within existing and competitor accounts) in collaboration with other sales team members to sell Implants and Consumables and their workflows both face to face and virtually.

  Following rigorous segmentation and targeting, develop, deploy and maintain sales account plans that align Dentsply Sirona and customer objectives to mutual benefit.

  Articulate business and clinical benefits of the workflows for mutual success.

  Foster relationships and collaborate regularly with wholesaler network.

  Educating & Collaborating

  Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver effective education programmes to customers.

  Embed new and existing workflows to new and existing customers utilising the Dentsply Sirona team and its resources.

  Contribute/collaborate with colleagues on mutual sales opportunities in a timely manner.

  Administration

  Record all customer interactions and information in Salesforce.com

  Complete routine administration tasks on time and accurately e.g. Salesforce.com leads & opportunities etc, expenses, attend to emails, ongoing learning and development (not exhaustive)

  Requirements :

  Educated to degree level or equivalent combination of education and experience

  Competitive nature with a drive for results

  Commercial acumen is essential

  Procedure, workflow and industry knowledge ideal (especially if within implants) or with proven ability to quickly grasp information and impart this information to stakeholders

  Professional, with ability to target, network and build appropriate relationships with customers (personable/relatable) and to embed new solutions into their business utilising an appropriate team of Dentsply Sirona Specialists (collaborative)

  Enthusiastic, efficient and highly organised

  Excellent communication skills
