About Account Manager II - PPE Sales - FL/GA

As an Account Manager II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's PPE Sales success. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company. In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's overall financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term business growth. This territory covers Southern Georgia and Northern Florida.

You will report directly to our Sr Sales Manager and you’ll work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions

Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

Travel 50-75%

MUST HAVE

3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growthWE VALUE

Industrial sales experience, with a focus on head to toe PPE gear

Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Strong business acumen and insight into market dynamics

Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Ability to work self-reliantly and as part of a team

Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficient in Salesforce software and Microsoft Office Suite
