About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management. You will support managers and directors with team leadership, EOS development, reporting, training, and team coaching.
Responsibilities
Coaching and up-skilling team members to achieve common goals.
Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets.
Achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities
Identifying key account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of LN products.
Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact.
Building solid relationships with key decision makers and influencers resulting in revenue protection and growth.
Requirements
Have excellent Product (Print/Online), Domain and Market knowledge and experience of adopting new products.
Be able to become a role model, with positive influence within the team and wider business.
Be a solid consistent performer demonstrated through consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
Have excellent communication skills essential, as well as time management and planning.
Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, with a successful customer services and sales support background.
Have experience working within a B2B sales environment and retaining and growing customers.
