We are looking for data-driven Account Managers and Business Developers to seek out new growth opportunities for Global Mile. Join and help us solve real-world problems, streamline inefficiencies, and provide logistics support for our Sellers.
This role indexes on a sales and business development background to successfully identify and convert new opportunities with a high degree of customer obsession. Account Managers will be talking with Sellers on a daily basis and developing pipeline management plans based on bold Units, onboarding and conversion goals. This role works in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams, globally.

Recruit and manage a diverse portfolio of FBA Sellers for Global Mile’s suite of logistics services to meet or exceed sales targets (Sellers launched, volume, revenue, etc.)
Identify potential Sellers and create a pipeline of new business opportunities. Includes researching and qualifying leads, reaching out to leads, networking, and using other techniques to identify and engage with potential Sellers.
Drive account growth by having a thorough understanding of Amazon’s diversified service offerings and proactively consulting with Sellers to understand their supply chain needs through solutions-based selling
Ownership of Account Management activities including forecasting, operational troubleshooting, seller education, etc, which may include tracking and analyzing metrics to measure Seller Experience and business performance
Program management responsibilities geared improve and build upon the Seller experience
Build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders through remote and face-to-face meetings
Ownership of Account Management activities including forecasting, operational troubleshooting, seller education, etc, which may include tracking and analyzing metrics to measure Seller Experience and business performance
Ownership of operational requirements related to onboarding new sellers to Global Mile (e.g. raising tickets internally, ad hoc tasks, etc.)

Formed in 2020, the EMEA Account Management Team within Global Mile works closely with FBA sellers providing onboarding support, operational insights, and direction for new and existing logistics products & services. Our objective over the next few years is to scale our global supply chain program for FBA Sellers and deliver a logistics experience they love.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Experience in customer-facing role via sales, account management, business development or other functions
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor Degree required, ideally in a quantitative field, logistics, or business administration
Logistics sales experience of delivering results in an account management business unit.
Program /project management experience.
Presentation, oral and written communication skills
Competitive and creative drive to win over customers and think outside the box
Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to connect in both online and face-to-face environments
