　　Handle relationships with domestic and international customersReceive and track customer issues and complaints; resolve issues and communicate results and findings where appropriateResearch and answer questions; resolve issues that come from any of the internal or external cross-functional teamsEscalate issues in a timely manner to both executive leadership and customers when encountering roadblocksAudit QMS documentsParticipate in managing quality systems and continuously improving processes within the facilityContribute to quarterly business reviews and presentationsWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:

　　Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related work or military experience1 year of experience in supply chain managementAdvanced to expert skills with Microsoft Office (Excel)Government program requirements and federal law require U.S. person statusIt'd be great if you also have:
