What does an Account Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?Promotes the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products bybuilding trust with customers, executing promotional activities and ensuringthat accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and thestore Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA).
ResponsibilitiesInteract and built rapport with decision maker in each customer location.Place orders of product to be delivered maintaining inventory levels forconsumers purchase.Ensure customer beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points ofavailability are properly stocked, maintained and rotated.Sell new and promotional items and make plans for floor and cooler space withstore decision maker, by working with retail managers at customer locationsto promote the most sales revenue.Maintains back room/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formationwithin the assigned storage area.Sell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) and ensure agreements arefollowed throughout the year.Interact with Delivery Merchandiser OFS to ensure that accounts are restockedand displays built in alignment with company standards and agreement withstore decision maker.Organize and arrange for pickup/credit of product unfit for sale insuringthat expired or damaged product is not sold to consumers.Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and eventsPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma (or GED) required orequivalent degree/certificate requiredMust be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on aIPhone and IPad devices.Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseDriving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirementsReliable form of transportationWork weekends and holidays as directed by the businessLift to 50 pounds as needed
Base salary range is $46,919 to $61,581. Base salary offered willdepend on geographic location of the position and candidate's prior relevantexperience, knowledge, skills, abilities & assigned sales route.Position is eligible for bi-weekly incentives up to $6,500 annually basedon performance against metrics.
