JobOverview This role will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectivesby successfully supporting your team in acquiring accounts withinmultiple geographic territories, and will ultimately have theopportunity to own a geographic territory. Incumbent will sell products,services and solutions to gain new business through prospecting,cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals. Incumbentwill analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques todemonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoringcustomer recommendations to negotiate and close business. This positionwould have a hybrid work schedule and the selected candidate shouldreside in Western WI. Job Responsibilities: Under sales managersupervision, generates leads and referrals through prospecting, coldcalling and networking. Identify customer needs and use solution-basedselling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile productsand services. Recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans,data and other enhanced services, handsets and accessories. Negotiateand close deals. Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting,call execution and relationship management. Participate in trainingopportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings. Devisecreative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals. Fullyuse all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools.Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities andforecasting. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned bybusiness management as needed.
