  Overall, Purpose:The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new sales opportunities, and closing deals. They work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, and then develop and deliver sales presentations. Account Executives also manage client relationships after the sale, ensuring that clients are satisfied with our products and services.Job Responsibilities:

  Partner with customers through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business needs, issues, strategies and priorities to deliver a value-adding business support.Generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activitiesQualify leads and develop sales presentationsDeliver sales presentations to prospective clients in both small and large group settings. Must have a polished, professional presentation.Close deals and negotiate contractsManage client relationships after the sale by providing superior customer service on a day-to-day basis, including through prompt follow up to all customer service inquiries.Builds and Maintains accurate and up to date customer and representative support plans.Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned objectives and monthly goals maintaining existing contacts and renewal relationships with customer base.Track and report on sales activity and resultsMaintains accurate records on daily activities, results, and other key performance indicators.Manages data related to customer accounts and sales funnel management.Manage CRM sales contact and funnel Software.Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors.

  Education/Experience Requirements:

  Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline or Equivalent combination of education and experienceAccount Management Experience in Telecom or related field is preferred.
