What you'll be doing
This is a high-profile position where business development skills and acustomer-centric approach are essential.
In the role of Account Executive - Contracts, you will represent one of ourleading staffing brands and will be expected to:
Develop business opportunities with mid, large, global enterprise, andhigh-value clients
Lead on the generation of new contract staffing engagements
Ensure successful client transitions through our service and delivery
Be responsible for building and maintaining deep client relationships
Cross-sell each brand's service offerings and fully leverage relationships
Areas of responsibility
While undertaking your role, you will be expected to act as a brandambassador for Frank Recruitment Group and your designated brand.
You will need to provide clients with the highest level of customer service atall times, and this will involve representing yourself as a credible andprofessional industry expert that always gives accurate, informative, andtimely advice. You will also be expected to meet KPI targets set in yourMonthly Business Review.
Business development
A focus on business development in order to win high value clientsDevelop strategies to grow the client base and implement appropriate salesplans to target prospective clientsDeliver presentations about our services to prospective customers at alllevelsEngage current and prospective clients to maximize revenue-generating ContractStaffing opportunitiesFocus on increasing margins/operational efficiency with our mid, large andglobal enterprise clientsConduct in depth needs analysis so Frank Recruitment Group can betterunderstand its client's business, strategies and processes, enabling usto tailor our solutions and introduce cross-brand service offeringsEnsure our clients are happyContinuously focus on growing relationships with our existing customer base byfinding additional areas in the business where Frank Recruitment Group can beof valueAct on leads passed by the Strategic Alliance, candidate and data managementteamsAttend a minimum of 25+ client meetings per month, post onboarding, withthe goal of bringing in 5+ jobs per monthAttend appropriate industry networking eventsRespond to, and assist with, writing compelling proposals to win businessNegotiate terms of business (from both commercial and legal perspectives)
