An exciting opportunity to work in omni-channel sales across a variety of sports! Sinclair Sport’s Account Executive will negotiate and sell linear, digital, Podcast, and social inventory for Tennis Channel Platforms, Sinclair’s new talent led division and partake in cross-company selling functions. College Football/Football: The Triple Option Podcast (Urban Meyer, Mark Ingram, Rob Stone)

Sports Lifestyle: Throwbacks Show (Matt Leinart, Jerry Ferrara)

Men’s Soccer: Unfiltered Soccer with Landon and Tim (Landon Donovan and Tim Howard)

Women’s Soccer: BFFR Podcast (Sydney Leroux and Ali Riley)

Broadcast Sports Across Sinclair’s 186 Broadcast Stations across 86 DMA’s

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following :

Maintain existing and forge new relationships with agencies and clients to maximize revenue for the various assets.

Sell a variety of sports solutions across the Sinclair Sports portfolio.

Educate agencies and client community about Sinclair Sports’ assets.

Position and sell the networks against the competing marketplace.

Sell and orchestrate multi-level sponsorship packages with major advertisers.

Work closely with Marketing to build customized branded content and sponsorship elements across linear and digital.

Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team to create sales presentations and proposals.

Relationships across Publicis, IPG and Carat preferred.

Qualifications :

BA degree required.

Minimum 5-7 years of advertising sales experience, preferably in digital, social, and linear sales.

Strong agency client relationship

Proven track record of follow-up and success in the selling multi-platform opportunities.

Solid analytical and organizational qualities

Excellent written and presentation skills

Ability to be a consummate team player and a goal-oriented thinker.

Proficient in MS Office applications

The base salary compensation range for this role is $135,000 to $150,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
