Position Summary
Seeking a skilled agency account coordinator to support creative projects for Cigna Healthcare. Candidate will support the Account Supervisor in the management of end-to-end creative projects – from project discovery through to delivery and launch. Expectation: you know what it takes to develop and execute creative projects, following the best practices of client service with status and meetings reports, project plans, strong communication skills, a can-do, problem-solving attitude, all to enable the larger team to flawlessly deliver and execute our best work, on strategy, on time, on budget, and with superior quality.
The account coordinator will represent the best of our agency, establishing trust, setting, managing, and meeting expectations, following through on commitments, and adding strategic and executional value to become an indispensable partner to clients and the Agency team.
What You'll Do
Exercise effective communication skills to convey dependencies, commitments, project details and clarity of direction to help keep the team on track
Deliver flawless execution of projects intake/inception to completion, partnering with client and agency team throughout
Manage the team’s day-to-day activities in completion of ongoing projects, including (but not limited to) client research and discovery call preparation, review and mark-up of client requested edits, review and approval of creative, print and data proof review and creation of detailed and accurate statements of work, project plans and other project documentation
Serve as one of the key day-to-day contacts for clients and business partners, supporting the Account Supervisor to ensure that the account operates effectively, efficiently, while maintaining a standard of excellence. Take ownership of issues and the impetus to actively and immediately solve them; proactively troubleshoot and adjust plans as needed
Organize and facilitate internal briefings
Champion stellar creative work throughout the approval process
Forge strong client relationships inside and the outside the agency

Ideal candidates will offer
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in within an advertising agency or highly strategic in-house agency, including a client-service/account management function
Organized and skilled in project management; must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines – and be able to direct and mentor team members to do the same
Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills
Highly collaborative, driven, highly-motivated, compassionate and curious — An excellent communicator with a positive attitude and stellar listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, highly-matrixed environment
Team player
Must be a current contractor for The Cigna Group
Ability to work from a Cigna office 50% of the time, as requested by the business
