  This is an office-based role based at our branch in Motueka.

  About the role

  We are looking for a proactive individual who is willing to support from an administration capacity and grow within the business.

  Ideally, you will have experience from within the industry that you can bring with you to this role, otherwise you will be part of a team with expert professionals where you will be able to learn, grown and develop from their experience.

  Some of your responsibilities will include

  Being a front-line point of contact for our clients and looking after any enquiries they might have

  Preparation of professional documentation for clients and insurers

  Negotiation of policy terms and conditions with insurers and driving positive outcomes for our clients

  Assisting with client renewals in accordance with our organisational protocols

  General office administrative responsibilities

  Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry, otherwise experience coming from a customer or solution driven environment with strong administrative aspects to the role would be well suited

  A customer first mentality along with being a proactive problem solver

  You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence

  You’ll be a motivated self-starter who once up and running is able to work with a level of autonomy

  Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work

  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  Confidence using the usual suit of Office Products, but also the ability to pick up new systems
