　　The University of Chicago\'s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology issearching for full-time faculty members at any rank. The appointees willbe responsible for outpatient clinical care at our Crown Point, Indianalocation and inpatient clinical care at our main campus in Hyde Park.The majority of appointees\' clinical time will be spent in Crown Pointand Northwest Indiana. We especially welcome applicants with trainingand experience in gynecology (office gynecology, minimally invasivesurgery, or family planning/complex contraception), obstetrics (vaginaldelivery of twins, higher order cesarean sections, and operative vaginaldeliveries), and resident or medical student teaching.

　　Appointees will be members of the obstetrics call group and may alsoparticipate in gynecology service, if desired. Other duties will includeteaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarlyactivity. Academic rank and compensation (including a generous packageof fringe benefits) are dependent upon qualifications.

　　Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have amedical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medicallicensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be Board certified oreligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
