Salary: $20 - $23 per hour

　　Responsibilities:

　　· Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor

　　· Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts with assigned clients

　　· Provide behavior support services such as improving social skills, communication skills, and repetitive/restrictive behaviors

　　· Provide crisis intervention

　　· Document child’s progress and milestones using a mobile application

　　Qualifications:

　　· Passion for working with children with special needs

　　· Strong communication skills

　　· High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred

　　· Must be at least 18 years of age

　　· Proficient computer literacy

　　· Current CPR/FA certification for children and adults or willingness to obtain one

　　Compensation:

　　· Hourly pay rate between $20 - $23; determined by experience, education, and certification

　　· $150 startup bonus if all trainings and HR requirements are completed by assigned deadline
