　　It is the best time to become a Metro One Security Team Member who will be the representative and work in retail luxury boutiques. This assignment will take place for prestigious brands in South Coast Plaza Mall.

　　DRESS CODE

　　Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, suit and tie dress code. Unforms/ tailor provided by Metro One.

　　ON THE JOB:

　　YOU WILL STAND POST UP TO 8-12 HOUR SHIFTS. Shift start times run between 8AM and 10AM and end until 6-8:30 PM. Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends and holidays).

　　Greet and welcome all guests/ customers as they enter and exit the store.

　　By being a positive contributor to the team and providing excellent customer service while having a strong sense of attentiveness.

　　Be punctual – Consistently arrive on time for each shift.

　　Maintain an excellent attendance record.

　　Maintain professionalism with store associates.

　　Complete accurate product counts regularly.

　　Tally visitor traffic detailing the time of each visit.

　　Monitor all item presentations as they are conducted.

　　Provide excellent customer service to every client and associate.

　　Complete a detailed activity report daily using company template.

　　Log all deliveries and vendor visits as they happen.

　　Follow security protocols and take directives from management and boutique staff.

　　Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.

　　TO SUCCEED AT METRO ONE:

　　Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.

　　High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness

　　Ability to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.

　　Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.

　　Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　High school diploma or GED equivalent

　　Stable work history in the past 6 years

　　Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position

　　Must undergo a background check and oral drug screen.
