Responsibilities:Learn several production rotations and learn the six core plant businessfunctions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration,human resources, and finance.Shadow position-specific positions and then perform in those roles for aperiod of time to complete each rotationAssist Plant Leaders in the everyday functions of the facility as learningopportunities arise. There will be many and they will vary according to thesituationAttend plant meetings both internal and externalContinue to read publications about the print and manufacturing industries inorder to increase your understanding of the fieldQualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience requiredStrong computer skills including Word and ExcelPrior internship in a manufacturing company/environment is a plusKnowledge of the printing process is a plusMotivated to succeedAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of basic business practicesHigh energy level, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethicSelf-ConfidentWritten and Verbal communication prowessVery strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationThe national pay range for this role is $XXXXX - $XXXXX / year.
