Employees at this level are virtually self-supervising and assume direct accountability for the work product.Essential Duties:Drafting, reviewing, and approving conveyances and other agreements related to right of way acquisition. Detailed review of eminent domain case files for sufficiency and compliance. Reviewing and commenting on bills filed by the Texas Legislature which impact TxDOT. Providing prompt and courteous service to ROW Division and its customers. Performs other duties as assigned.
