　　POSITION SUMMARY

　　Vantage 3PL lead will work closely with the 3PL partner to deliver a seamless customer, business and employee experiences for all aspects of receiving and shipping operations. This position will work remote of the main Fairfield location. Expectations for this role includes direct interactions with product for labeling, relabeling and serializing combined with administrative duties specific to order updates, customer requirements, and system checks. This is a shop floor based role

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

　　Responsibilities:

　　The primary function of this position is to support and guide the 3PL operation from start to finish including providing direction to 3PL associates.

　　Responsible for learning, implementing, and training, auditing and reinforcing processes at the 3PL for Vantage and 3PL associates to ensure our customers receive the highest quality product.

　　Identify improvement opportunities and utilize internal processes to help guide change.

　　Collaborate with 3PL Partners and personnel to ensure timely and accurate compliance with specific tasks, shipments and receipts.

　　Monitor all service level agreements and accuracy standards - advise 3PL Support Manager of risks and potential or actual failures.

　　a. Serialization of product

　　b. Pallet License plating

　　c. Material relabeling for buy/resell products

　　d. Dock to stock requirements

　　Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service to create, maintain and communicate schedules. Actively communicate forward where gaps are present.

　　Manage and monitor the status of loads and provide resolution in a timely manner.

　　Monitor/audit adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.

　　Moderate Lifting (30-40 lbs.)

　　On-Site location: Associate will work on-site for all work-related activities.

　　The Ideal Candidate

　　Desired Background

　　Associate's Degree Preferred.

　　5 years of distribution experience preferred.

　　2 years of leadership experience preferred.
