Post Process Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Post Process Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of post-processing tasks, including removing parts from platforms, washing and curing models, and performing visual checks on running printers. This role requires a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Remove parts from the platform
Wash and cure models
Perform visual checks on running printers
Remove platform from the machine when the build is complete
Document build information
Printer start-up
Ensure work areas are kept clean and orderly
Essential Skills
Production experience
Quality control
Attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
6 months of related experience
Additional Skills Qualifications
Ability to delicately hand wash small parts using various hand tools
Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds frequently
Clean and organized work habits
Work Environment
This position requires the ability to stand, stoop, and bend for a minimum of 8 hours per day. Manual dexterity is necessary to operate common manufacturing machinery and hand tools. Clear communication in English is essential, as well as the ability to hear at normal speaking levels. The role regularly requires lifting up to 25 pounds, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
