　　We, at Valley Metals, a Leggett & Platt company, are searching for a2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team to help support our Aerospace business.

　　So, what will you be doing as 2nd Shift Production Supervisorl? Analyze, plan, schedule and track production operations.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Oversee shift production, quality, safety, and maintenance

　　Employee coaching, mentoring, and accountability

　　Manage work flow by planning, monitoring, and executing targeted job results

　　Manages KPIs and provides production reports to the Manufacturing Manager

　　Work with team members to develop, plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives

　　Encourage a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel

　　Achieve acceptable quality and OTD requirements

　　Improve efficiency, productivity and minimization of scrap to achieve product cost targets

　　Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures

　　To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

　　At least 3-5 years in a Manufacturing Supervisory role

　　Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing preferred

　　High mechanical aptitude; familiarity with precision measurement tools (ie. Micrometer, calipers etc.)

　　Proven skills with ISO/AS9100 quality standards as well as Lean/Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement disciplines preferred

　　Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

　　Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Access)

　　Ability to manage a large, diverse group in a busy environment that is fast paced and rapidly changing; Multi-tasking abilities are a must

　　Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred, but not required

　　Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience)

　　Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM; Full-time, 40 hours per week
